1/2 cup coconut water

1/3 cup almond milk

1 heaping TB dried unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

1/3 cup silken tofu

1 TB ground flaxseeds

Place coconut, coconut water and almond milk in blender.  Blend on high until coconut is thoroughly mixed in.  Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving:  226 calories, 8 grams protein
