Let’s face it, most people know to some extent what they should be doing, but putting that into practice can be tough.  Through motivational interviewing techniques I help people identify for themselves changes they can make, and ways to achieve the changes.  When your actions are aligned with your goals, success is sure to follow!





A one hour session where we can meet, set up a call or Skype to go over everything you need to get started on a healthy eating program. We will start with a review of your current eating habits, as well as your health and medical history. Together, we will come up with a plan to get you started on a healthier lifestyle. Perfect if you just want to eat a little healthier and want to learn more about real food, or for nutritional management of a health condition such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

The practice of health coaching is a new and exciting innovation in the field of health and nutrition.  Health coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your 6-month health coaching program includes:

  • a meeting twice a month for 50 minutes
  • a full set of notes on your progress and new recommendations to implement
  • a variety of handouts, books, CDs, food samples, and recipes to try
  • an onsite pantry makeover
  • email support between sessions
  • my personal commitment to your health and success


Getting rid of the foods that deplete your willpower is one of the first steps to overhauling your health. Having healthy foods available and accessible is one of the easiest ways to improve your eating habits, without any other action! We’ll discuss how to stock your pantry and fridge with foods that are healthy, enjoyable and that fit within your lifestyle and budget. Helpful kitchen tools, cooking techniques, food storage and food safety will also be discussed as part of your makeover. Boston area only.
