Strawberry Ginger Cucumber Smoothie
1/2 cup peeled chopped cucumber
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4-1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh or frozen ginger
3/4 cup coconut water ( substitute regular water if you don’t have coconut water)
1/2 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
