My philosophy is simple:  Real food, real health, real happiness.  Wholesome foods have the power to transform us down to our very cells. Sounds easy in concept, but sometimes we struggle to keep healthful eating a priority. Our emotions, stress, lack of sleep, and other factors can work as a team to sabotage our good intentions.

What’s standing in your way of good health? Maybe you’re trying to eat a healthful diet but you’re not enjoying it or it’s not right for your lifestyle. Maybe you keep setting unrealistic goals and end up discouraged. I strive to understand the way you live, what’s important to you, and where you’re headed before making any recommendations. I can work with you to interpret the technical results from your lab work and medical exams, help you make realistic adjustments to how and what you eat, offer tips for managing stress, share some of my favorite recipes, and gradually challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone.

Food may be the foundation of good health, but there’s more to it than eating a lot of broccoli. My goal is to help you feel your best and be empowered by your lifestyle choices—whether those are being made at the grocery store, at home, or in the workplace.
